Last week in Madrid, Software AG hosted over 1,000 colleagues and 50 partner companies at a high-energy event to kick off 2019.
This year was extra special; it was my first SKO at Software AG, and I had the enormous privilege of helping to launch our new company strategy going forward.
I want to thank each and every colleague, partner and guest for participating in such an important event. Getting across my mantra for success – a “winning mindset” – was important to me. Why? Because Software AG has recognized that this is our moment – the time is right for us to embrace opportunities for growth that that will define us for decades to come.
As every sportsman/woman knows, attitude is everything, it is that winning attitude which we need to adapt to build that growth mindset.
Our playbook for success is about focus and execution. Focus means specializing on certain products, roles and content in certain geographies. Execution is about maximizing the customer experience, keeping you at the center of everything we do.
Keeping you, the customer, at the forefront means we give you more freedom of choice. We want you to have the ability to integrate with whatever and whoever you want – the way that you want. And the freedom to innovate the way only you know how. Part of that plan is to provide you with all that? Freedom as a Service, with subscription models that offer flexible payment.
Our valued partner companies play a huge part in this. We are transforming our relationships with new incentives and investment, to allow them to soar.
