Lesson from Black Friday & Cyber Monday: Supply Chains Should Support Multi-Channel

Black Friday sales proved disappointing for many companies this year, with many major retailers reporting a drop in sales as compared to last year, according to the New York Times.

On the other hand, cyber sales were up 17 percent this year, according to the research firm ComScore, Inc. Overall, shoppers spent $16.4 million via e-commerce in the first 26 days of the holiday season — a 16 percent increase from the same period last week, reports Business Week.

Mobile Is Shaping Next Generation Multi Channel Commerce
